SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing & Production Times

All FAMWAKE products are handmade, bottled, and packaged by me personally in my home studio in Jefferson City, Missouri. Because I’m also a travel nurse, production and shipping times can vary slightly depending on my current work schedule.

  • Standard processing time: 5–14 business days

  • During travel or busy seasons: Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to ship

  • Local pickup or delivery (Jefferson City, MO or current work area): usually ready sooner

Each order is produced in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and accuracy. Every bottle is poured, labeled, and inspected by hand before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the destination, weight, and selected shipping option.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your package has shipped.

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S. only):
    Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Free Shipping: Occasionally offered during promotions; see homepage or email updates.

  • Processing vs. Shipping Time: Processing refers to the time it takes me to make, pack, and prepare your order. Shipping time begins once your order has left my studio.​

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup is available in Jefferson City, MO and occasionally in my current work location while I’m on assignment.

If you select “Local Pickup” at checkout:

  • You’ll receive an email or text when your order is ready with pickup instructions or drop-off details.

  • Pickup times are scheduled individually.

  • Please bring your order confirmation for verification.​

 

Delays & Communication

Because I’m a one-woman operation and also work full-time in nursing, slight delays may occur — especially if I’m between travel assignments.

I always prioritize communication: if there’s a significant delay (more than 14 business days), I’ll reach out directly via the contact info you provided.

Your patience and understanding mean everything — every single order supports my small business and helps me continue creating by hand.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of my products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once items have been opened or used.

However, I want you to love your order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at

Include your order number, a brief description, and photos if applicable. I’ll gladly replace or resolve any issue caused during shipping or production.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Lost packages confirmed by the carrier

  • Damaged products that can’t be replaced

  • Orders canceled before production begins

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t begun.
After that, I begin blending and packaging materials specifically for your order, so cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
